I have been doing a lot with rabbits over the past two months. I have helped for a demonstration sharing my rabbits with a homeschooling group and a knitting guild. The beginning of June, I attended the State College Show where I participated in and won Showmanship as well as second reserve in show. The following week, I was the weaver for Fiber Day at the Dills (a fiber festival in Dillsburg, PA.) After I warped the loom for the demonstration, I wove a scarf using 100% angora which was then donated to the group holding the event. 3 other girls from our fiber club helped spin the fiber I needed to weave the scarf. I also prepared a fiber presentation using my Angora rabbits and I had my rabbits there for others to pet and visit with all day. They really appreciated it.
The following week, I took my rabbits to a vacation bible school in Camp Hill where I shared my rabbits as well as my Angora goats and peeps Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - June 19, 20, and 21.
On Wednesday, June 20th, I demonstrated at the Cumberland County summer camp about all things fiber using my Angora rabbits.
